Purpose-driven comms agency Jack & Grace has appointed Rakhee Rajani as associate director.

Rakhee joins the team with a wealth of experience spanning agency and in-house roles, as well as a decade-long career in television production.

Rakhee’s agency portfolio includes delivering for clients such as Oliver Wyman, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, The Reading Agency, and The Women’s Prize for Fiction. Her extensive TV credits include programmes such as Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, 24 Hours in A&E, Gordon Ramsay’s F Word, The Wright Stuff, Dispatches, and Watchdog.

In 2020, Rakhee joined Ocado Retail as head of communications during a transformative time in the company’s history. She led the press office, corporate reputation, internal communications, and public affairs teams through unprecedented challenges including two COVID-19 lockdowns, Brexit, a warehouse fire, and HGV driver shortages that impacted the supply chain.

Following Ocado Retail, Rakhee then joined Nextdoor, the neighbourhood app, and successfully led the UK’s communications team – the company’s second-largest market after the US – spearheading the globally replicated ‘Power of Community’ campaign, as well as managing the day-to-day press office.

Rakhee’s return to agency life is fuelled by her passion for purpose-led communications and a desire to help brands navigate responsible business practices. “I love that Jack & Grace uses comms as a force for good, and only works with brands that align with their values,” said Rakhee. “I’m looking forward to working with the talented team to deliver outstanding comms for businesses committed to positive change.”
